Apple Music Stuck At Launch Screen in iOS 9
Apple Music app doesn’t load when you open it. Instead, the app gets stuck showing the splash screen on iPhone / iPad devices as discussed below. This is a known issue in iOS 9.
Even if you have removed all the “extra” songs from your music library and created free space, Apple Music in iOS 9 fails to launch.
As reported by several users, tap on the Apple Music icon and the screen appears – that stays stuck forever.
Even waiting for hours doesn’t solve this issue.
As usual, there are a couple of fixes you can follow. Some of them may work for you. And some of them may not.
First, reboot your iPhone / iPad. Sometimes having lots of application running in the background causes apps like Apple Music to freeze and therefore it becomes unresponsive showing such splash screens.
If that doesn’t help, go to Settings -> Music and enable/disable Apple Music and iCloud Music Library. Now restart your iOS device and Apple Music should start working immediately.
