Google Chrome App For iOS 9 Updated Before Announcement

Talk about walking a step forward. And Google Chrome has done just that.

Google has released a new version of Google Chrome browser for iOS 9 even though Apple hasn’t released iOS 9 to the public.

Latest Chrome update can be found on the App Store that says “support for iOS 9.”

Of course, we already have iOS 9 betas released that are full of bugs and errors. And from we understand through the iOS developers, Chrome must have released this update for the betas.

It also means this new Chrome version can work with the final iOS 9 firmware that will be released in the next couple of weeks.

In anyway, this Chrome version 45.0.24 has stability improvements and bug fixes.

If you are tight on bandwidth and don’t want to download the app right now, then you can wait. Because we are expecting more Chrome updates for iPhones and iPads when Apple releases iOS 9 to the public.
