Can’t Find The Gold Color iPhone 6, 6 Plus, 5s 128GB Models? Apple Discontinued Them!

If you have visited the Apple’s website… and wondered why you can’t find the gold color Apple iPhone for purchase, then here’s something you should know:

Apple has permanently removed old gold-colored iPhone model from its store.

So models like iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, and iPhone 5s will no longer feature “gold” as a color option anymore.

Even the 128 GB variant has been discontinued by Apple.

Why?

Two reasons: First, Apple has released iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus, and they would rather prefer marketing the latest devices than give the chance to the users who might go with older devices due to the recent price cut.

That is why 128 GB iPhone models have been removed.

Without any data with us, we can only speculate why the gold color iPhones are not available anymore. Maybe they are not very popular in the US and UK?

Gold phones are loved in Asia though (or so we think).

Maybe Apple is aware of this fact, and that is why they have released rose gold iPhone 6s and 6s Plus?

So if you want a gold iPhone, you should get the latest model – 6s or 6s Plus – as older gold iPhones have been discontinued. Smart move from Apple, right?

Apple is already taking pre-orders for the new iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus through its website. The new models will go on sale in stores starting September 25th with a $199 contract pricing.
