Words With Friends Update For iOS 9 Fixes Freezing Issue
Words With Friends did not support iOS 9. You couldn’t move the tiles and the game froze on iPads and iPhones.
And now, as of September 24th, this issue has been fixed with the release of a new minor update.
Words With Friends game has been updated to 3.171 version fixing the freezing issue as mentioned in the App Store:
Hi Wordies, we have addressed an issue causing the game to freeze for players who upgraded to iOS 9.
So go ahead and update your game to the latest version through the App Store (open App Store, tap on Updates tab and look for Words With Friends) or follow this link:
