How to Convert a Photoshop File to Word

  1. Make sure the PSD file’s text layers are hidden.

  2. Conserve it as a PDF file.

  3. Launch Adobe and save the file as a.pptx file.

  4. Snap a picture of the original Photoshop file (with layers enabled).

  5. Launch the pptx document.

  6. Insert the screenshot into the slide, resizing and cropping it.

  7. Rework every text layer in the pptx file using the screenshot as a template.

  8. After that, I’ll get the pptx file with all the text layers and the PSD background by deleting the screenshot.

Maybe you and I will save a ton of time if we save into a PDF and then open it with Word 2013 or Power Point.

However, what about PSD to PDF conversion?

In digital design, PSD files are frequently used. However, once you’ve finished editing and want to share an image with someone who doesn’t have access to Adobe Creative Cloud, you’ll need to convert the file to a more shareable format. In Photoshop, working with a PSD file gives you all the editing options you could want. It’s simple to convert a PSD file to a PDF so you can share or present it. To convert your PSD files to PDFs, simply follow these simple steps.

  1. From the Tools menu in Acrobat, select the Create PDF option.

  2. To choose a file, click.

  3. Locate and click on your PSD file by navigating to its location.

  4. Select "Create."

  5. To save your newly created PDF to the preferred location, click the save icon.

  6. To simultaneously convert several files:

    • Get a PSD file open.

    • Select the "Create New Set" folder icon.

    • To create a new action, click the page icon. The recording of the action will start.

    • Put an end to the action and save the file as a PDF.

    • Navigate to Bridge and pick which files to convert.

    • Adapt the parameters.

Let’s discuss whether editing Word files in Photoshop is possible.

Creating a PDF of the page that has the image to be edited is the best way to use Photoshop to edit images embedded in an MS Word document. Once in Photoshop, you can proceed with standard image editing. The jpg format is what I typically use when embedding images into Word documents. The word document was once saved as a webpage. You will find a separate folder containing all of the images from the word document in the folder where you saved it. Copy the image, paste it into a new Photoshop document, make any necessary edits, and then click "Save." The image that was saved will show up in Word. Additionally, if you’re not working with a DOCX, simply use the Office 2007/2010 or Office 2003 compatibility pack to save the file as DOCX. In this manner, you can remove and then replace the images.
