To animate an object, select it on a slide in Normal view.

The motion paths of every effect on the current slide are displayed as a transparent overlay on the slide if the Custom Animation Panel is visible.

Clicking on the path will select a motion path. A chosen path can be moved and resized like a shape, and it will support handles.

Choose the object from which to remove the effect on a slide in Normal view.

To remove, click.

This time, we’ll examine how to create animation effects in Libreoffice Impress.

You can use transitions to apply animation effects to specific slides or to every slide in a presentation in LibreOffice Impress.

The Slide Transition section can be accessed by selecting the Slide Transition icon in the Sidebar to add transitions.

Choose the slide or slides to apply the transition to in the Slide Transition section, then pick a transition from the list of options.

The chosen transition can be altered by altering its tempo or including a sound.

Additionally, you can choose whether the slide advances automatically or manually to the next slide.

Choose the slides from which you wish to eliminate the transitions, then click the None transition option in the Slide Transition pane.

Select the slide and the object you wish to animate, then click the Custom Animation link in the Sidebar to apply animation effects to specific elements within the slide.

Let’s investigate the animation in Libreoffice Impress.

Impress, a LibreOffice presentation program, makes it incredibly simple to add animations and transitions to slides.

Use CTRL+F5 to open the sidebar, or choose View -> Slide Transition from the menu.

Choose the slide on which you want to apply the transition.

To add a particular type of slide transition, double click on it.

In addition to adding sounds, you can alter the transitions based on duration and variant.

From the Advanced Slide settings, you can add parameters for how the transition would begin.

Choose the slide and choose the ‘None’ transition from the available list of transitions to remove the transition from it.
