What is to open a document in Word

To access a current document:

  1. Go to BACKSTAGE VIEW and select OPEN.
  2. After choosing THIS PC, select BROWSE. To access files saved on your OneDrive, you can also select ONEDRIVE.
  3. The dialog box labeled OPEN will open. Click OPEN after finding and selecting your DOCUMENT.
  4. The chosen document will show up.
