Let’s investigate if using Google to log into Facebook is possible.
To link your accounts, take the following actions:
- Select Account Settings from the dropdown menu by clicking on your account initials in the upper right corner.
- Select "Linked Account" from the left menu.
- Select "Link Your Google Account" or "Link Your Facebook Account."
- Provide the requested login information.
- Select this Gmail account as your primary Facebook email address when creating your Facebook account if you prefer to use Gmail for email.
It is possible to create and access your Facebook account using your Gmail account.
We’ll then find out if it’s possible to retrieve a Facebook password without an email address or phone number.
You can request a password reset code from Facebook if you enter an email address or phone number and it matches. Facebook cannot confirm your identity if you locate your account but no longer have access to the phone number or email you provided.
Enter the security code you were given and click CONTINUE if you were able to locate your account and choose a way to get your reset code. After changing your password, click CONTINUE. Your password has been successfully changed.
Facebook shows you a warning to log off of other devices in case your previous password is still accessible to someone else. After choosing to STAY LOGGED IN or LOG OUT OF OTHER DEVICES, click CONTINUE.
