Let’s investigate why my Samsung TV is unable to support AirPlay.

There are a few possible causes for when someone tries to Airplay media from an Apple device onto a Samsung TV and it doesn’t seem to be working.

  • Airplay may not be enabled for this network connection.
  • Not updated host device
  • The Samsung TV’s auto protection time feature is activated, which makes the TV incompatible with Airplay.

Now let’s see how to mirror my Samsung TV to my iPhone.

  1. It will begin scanning your local network for your Samsung TV or TVs.
  2. Open the Samsung TV Mirror app.
  3. Verify that your Samsung TV and iPhone or iPad are linked to the same local network.
  4. To begin mirroring on the TV that is currently selected, click on Start Mirroring.
  5. There are two ways that you can stop mirroring.
    • Press and hold the red upper bar that appears on your iPad or iPhone.
    • Select Stop Mirroring from the Mirror for Samsung TV app.
  6. Apps that prevent Screen Mirroring exist. This implies that programmers have the freedom to decide whether or not to prevent Screen Mirroring.
  7. The Mirror for Samsung TV Pro Version is available as an in-app purchase.

The reason why my TV isn’t appearing on AirPlay is the next topic.

  • Verify that all of your AirPlay-capable devices are turned on and placed close to one another.
  • Verify that the gadgets are connected to the same Wi-Fi network and have the most recent software installed.
  • Restart the gadgets you intend to utilize for screen mirroring or AirPlay.
  • Make sure Home Settings aren’t preventing AirPlay from streaming media to a device you configured in the Home app before attempting to do so.
  • Check your Apple TV access restrictions if you’re prompted for a password on the device.
  • Use Siri on your device or your device itself to resume playing music if it ends abruptly.
  • Make sure the volume is up and not muted on both your iOS device and your television or receiver if you are having trouble hearing sound when streaming video from your Mac or iOS device to your Apple TV.
