However, why aren’t my Hotmail emails showing up on my phone?

  1. Check that the configuration of your Hotmail account is correct. Verify the username, password, and email address connected to your account.
  2. Check your Hotmail account by logging in to see if any senders have been mistakenly blocked. Unblock any required domains or contacts to guarantee email delivery.
  3. Examine any rules or filters you have implemented that might be influencing how emails are delivered to your inbox. If required, change or disable these settings.
  4. Get into your Hotmail account and select the Junk or Spam folder. Occasionally, valid emails might be mistakenly filtered as spam. Mark them as "Not Junk" so that the delivery goes through.
  5. Verify whether email forwarding from your Hotmail account to a different email address is configured. To make sure forwarding isn’t causing problems, temporarily disable it.
  6. It may be impossible to receive new emails in your Hotmail account if the storage limit has been reached. Eliminate pointless emails or think about enhancing your storage package.
  7. Make sure that the email synchronization settings on your Hotmail account are set up correctly. To enable automatic delivery of new emails, check the sync settings on your email client or device.
