If you have problems with your Microsoft 365 work or school account that utilizes Microsoft 365 for business or Exchange-based accounts, speak with your Microsoft 365 admin or technical support.
For Outlook.com accounts, such as @hotmail.com, @live.com, etc., get in touch with Microsoft support.
If you misplaced your phone or are attempting to reset your sync partnerships, you can take your phone out of your account. This action does not erase your device.
To install the Outlook mobile app, make sure you have:
- A smartphone that satisfies the application’s minimum criteria
- Sufficient room on your device for the app’s size in terms of storage
- A data or Wi-Fi connection that enables app downloads
If the Outlook mobile app fails upon opening, try clearing the cache of your device’s browser. After that, uninstall and reinstall the app.
If your Outlook.com or Microsoft 365 work or school account was previously synchronizing with your mobile device and isn’t anymore, see Fix Outlook.com email sync issues. You will need to add your account again when you have learned how to remove your sync partnership.
If you are unable to log in to an account you have already added, try entering your information again after checking your email account and password. Verify if your email account is compatible. Exchange Online, Exchange Server (2007 SP2, 2010, 2013), Outlook.com (including Hotmail, Live, and MSN), Gmail, iCloud, and Yahoo! Mail are among the accounts you can add. Remove your account and add it again if necessary.
